About us

GreeNudge was founded in 2011 by Dr. Gunhild Stordalen and climate researcher Steffen Kallbekken as a science‑based non‑profit initiative under the Stordalen Foundation (now Strawberry Foundation), with the goal of applying behavioral research, nudging and psychological insights to make green, climate‑smart choices easier and more attractive.
In 2017, the original GreeNudge organization was wound down and re‑launched as a social enterprise by Samira Lekhal. GreeNudge collaborates with numerous professionals and academic environments on a variety of projects.
