Kharim Lekhal is a psychologist specializing in clinical psychology for children and adolescents. Kharim has experience from BUP (Mental Health Care for Children and Adolescents) and the state child welfare service, both as a clinician and leader. Kharim has extensive experience in implementing evidence-based methods in a public setting and how to apply this in a practical everyday life. He has taught cultural psychology at Telemark University College and has completed his education for expert psychologists.
